Bicycle licensing is now available at the Police Department during regular business hours. If you would like to hold or sponsor a bicycle license event in your neighborhood, please contact the Bicycle Licensing Volunteer Team lead, Mike Hancock, at 209-848-1200.
Meet Chief Jason Grogan
Chief jason Grogran assumed the role of Chief of Police on August 9, 2025, after serving as Interim Chief. With 28 years of dedicated service, Chief Grogran brings extensive experience, leadership and a deep commitment to the community and the men and women of the Oakdale Police Department.
